IBEFF (International Baltic Ethnic Fashion Festival) also known as «Etnomoda» is an annual event held in St. Petersburg, Russia, for 10 years. This festival is an international project that features various trends in fashion including ethnic style as a priority. In June, the project is held under the “White Nights Fashion” brand which means that it is focused on all trends in modern fashion, not just on ethnic ones. Many young designers who show their collections are students of art universities from St Petersburg, Moscow and other cities of Russia. There are also many participants from other countries: Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Kyrgizia, Belorussia, Poland, and others. They introduce their collections of clothes, accessories, graphics and fashion illustrations. Many collections are supposed to reflect motives of ethnic cultures of the world. However, the program of the event is much wider than just ethnic style. The Festival program includes a catwalk and exhibitions. It has, apart from the live show, a virtual format for those who prefer to participate distantly.  The jury consists of well-established professionals in the fashion industry and culture from St Petersburg and other places (including CIS countries). The jury selects winners in several nominations which include the following: ethnic motives in modern fashion, traditional costume, stage and avantgarde costume, prêt-a-porter etc. The festival is a great opportunity for young designers to make first steps in their profession, introduce their work, do social networking and receive experts' reviews on their work. #IBEEF #etnomoda #ethnicfashion #fashioncontest #designerscontest #whitenightsfashion #internationalfashioncontest
