this shirt could not be more true. if you didn’t already know, I’m a born & bred New Yorker. #lehusbae & I moved here coming up on three years ago (wow) for his schooling & we had planned to move back when he graduated. well, it’s been nearly two years since he graduated & we’re still here bc of his job now. it’s not my ideal choice & SoCal still doesn’t feel like home, but @disneyland makes it bearable. it really feels like my home away from (New York) home. My DIY Disney outfit❤️ . . . Whenever I go on Etsy looking for vintage Disney denim, I’ll see these ‘90s embroidered dresses and vests that people are selling for like $80-$100. That doesn’t make sense to me when you can buy patches for $5 and a vest for $10 or less at a thrift store and get the same look — which is what I did here. I also took a strap from a purse and put it on a popcorn bucket that I stole from my mom and ta-da — a new purse for zero dollars. . . . Are you into DIYing?

In the past couple of months, I’ve been lucky enough to stay at the Disneyland hotel twice and the Grand Californian once (thanks to my mother because I cannot afford those fees, bb!
