One of my favorite hobbies is finding new coffee shops to visit. Not just because I have a love for all cafe miels but also because I love everything about how coffee shops slow down life, provide intentionality in relationships and a sense of a cozy hustle. This time over the weekend to slow down, sip some brew, and spend time with my hubby was SO needed. How does your class do with transitions? It was a struggle for mine earlier in the year. But my team and I decided to create fun songs to help them move and transition smoothly.
