If you are in Tokyo and you love matcha, you must go to the Tsujiri location at Ginza Six. It’s got the holy grail of matcha soft serve, the extra rich matcha soft serve with twice the amount of matcha! Thanks to other foodies, I’ve been informed that it’s now available in other locations! It’s also available in the parfait, latte, and latte float but why not savour it in its purest form, the soft serve. I was very impressed as it’s smooth and creamy with the extra Uji-Kyoto matcha. Dotonbori is definitely a cool spot to hit up when you’re in Osaka! I went there nice and early the first day so it was good since there weren’t too many tourists there yet at 10am and shops were just starting to open so I had tons of time to look around and take photos of the famous glico sign and check out all the cool snacks and cute souvenir items! There was so much street food but sadly there wasn’t many savoury vegetarian options but I saw these grilled chewy mochi rice ball skewers coated in different toppings and I had to try all three! One was matcha, the other was soybean powder, and the last was a sweet soy glaze. I actually really enjoyed all three because I love any sort of mochi like thing and the flavours were all unique in their own way! The sweet soy was quite interesting since it’s initially kind of salty but the sweetness sets in after a few more bites! The matcha is probably my favourite but that’s not even a surprise anymore xD ______ Taste: 8/10 Price: $500 yen
