If you’ve ever popped a decent bottle of Champagne you may have noticed a shooting star printed on the cork.
What is the reason behind that star?
In 1811, a large comet ☄️ passed through the sky during harvest. The bubbly turned out in 1811 was so tasty that makers of sparkling wine decided to memorialize it forever.
Since then, the winemakers have attributed successful vintages to the unexplained effects caused by the comets.⭐️
So the next time you sip on some sparkling wine, take a look on the bottom of the cork and imagine yourself in 1811, when there was very very very good Champagne.

Il Tintilia del Molise Rosso è un vino DOC la cui produzione è consentita nelle province di Campobasso e Isernia, situata nell’omonima regione in territori collinari e montani dell’Appennino Centrale, un’alternanza tra monti e vallate che crea condizioni estremamente favorevoli all’allevamento delle uve.
Si presta bene come vino a tutto pasto, servito a una temperatura di 18°-20° in calici medi.
Solitamente il Tintilia viene abbinato a piatti della tradizione della tradizione regionale come castrato e capretto.
