Utilise des mouvements de boxe pour varier tes entraînements et solliciter ta sangle abdominale différemment Voici donc un double posts pour vous donner deux exemples: Combo #1 Combo #2
Vous n'êtes pas obligés d'être boxeur pour vous servir des mouvements de ce sport incroyable et de ses bienfaits. Ici plusieurs façons de les intégrez à vos routines d'entrainements (pour vos échauffements, en exercice intermédiaire lors de vos circuits training ou même lors de vos séances cardio)
1° Shadow boxing = répétez la combo à vide et accélérez le rythme progressivement
2° Shadow lesté = ajoutez des haltères pour augmenter l'intensité musculaire
3° Mittwork = en patte d'ours (avec un coach qui vous guidera pour apprendre les bonnes bases )
Ces techniques aussi riches que variées vous permettront de solliciter vos abdos et vos muscles posturaux d'une manière différente et parfois plus fun que les exos de crunch ou gainage classique. Alors n'ayez pas peur de les inclurent dans vos programmes.

You don't have to be a boxer to use the amazing motions this sport has to offer
Here is several ways to integrate them in your trainings (either during warm-up, during a circuit training or even your cardio sessions)
1° Shadow boxing = repeat the combo and progressively increase the pace
2° Loaded Shadow = add dumbbells to increase the muscle congestion & intensity
3° Mittwork = finish with a coach that will properly teach you the fundamentals
The variety of these techniques will allow you to sollicitate your abs a different way than regular crunches or plank (keep it fun )
So don't be scared to use them in your training programs. Because what matters is to move
