(1) the minimum order quantity is 30 pcs for $150. Prima facie, some might find the price overwhelming but most will deeply appreciate the amount of time needed and effort put in to painstakingly craft every single piece to perfection. As an introductory offer, the first 5 sets of confirmed orders received for this kueh will enjoy a 10% discount at a promotional price of $135. Kindly note that the price excludes delivery. Additional pieces will be in increments of 10 pieces as a unit, i.e. 40, 50, 60 pieces etc. The special rainbow kueh koo will not be available in smaller quantities. .
(2) the special rainbow kueh koos are only available for MON to THU orders, excluding public holidays. This applies to all orders without exceptions.

(3) standard packaging comes free with the minimum order of these special rainbow kueh koos, either (a) 2 boxes with 15 pieces in each box or (b) 5 boxes with 6 pieces in each box. Other packaging configurations and presentation may be available e.g. sushi platters at additional costs. .
(4) Self collection is from sengkang area from 11 am onwards for orders of these special rainbow kueh koo while delivery can also be arranged with an external courier. Delivery charges would depend on timing and location as advised by the courier upon provision of a specific address to check the rates with. Kindly note that all orders have to be collected or arranged for delivery before 2 PM.

Cara-cara
Campurkan kesemua bhn bertanda* dan masak dengan api perlahan sehingga licin dan gula cair sepenuhnya.Tak payah sampai menggelegak/mendidih.
Satukan dengan telur yang dipukul tadi dengan hand whisk. Gaulkan bahan2 kering & campurkan sedikit2 sehingga sebati sambil terus dikacau dengan hand whisk.
Masukkan ke dalam loyang.Bakar hingga masak.Suhu bergantung pada jenis oven-kek ini juga boleh dikukus

ONDE-ONDE
Bahan bahan:
1⁄2 biji buah naga
5 daun pandan
1⁄3 cawan Bunga Telang
1 1⁄2 cawan air
1 cawan tepung pulut (tambah lagi jika perlu) 1 cawan tepung gandum
Gula Melaka ( dipotong kecil)
Kelapa parut *(putih sahaja)
Sedikit garam*
Biru - Bunga Telang; Ungu - Buah Naga; Hijau - Daun Pandan
1 cawan air yg berwarna tambah 1⁄2 cawan pulut tepung dan 1⁄2 cup tepung gandum
Cara Membuatnya:
1. Masukkan bunga telang ke dalam air panas, tunggu sehingga air menjadi warna biru, keluarkan bunga dari air biru
2. Blend/Kisar buah naga bersama air, tapis.
3. Blend/Kisar daun pandan bersama air, tapis
4. Masukkan tepung pulut dan tepung gandum ke dalam bekas, dan
tambah air biru sambil digaul.
5. Masukkan tepung pulut dan tepung gandum ke dalam bekas, dan
tambah air buah pandan hijau sambil di gaul.
6. Masukkan tepung pulut dan tepung gandum ke dalam bekas, dan
tambah air buah naga merah jambu sambil digaul.
7. Digaul sehingga membentuk doh yang boleh diuli (tak lekat di tangan).
Uli sebentar dan biarkan lebih kurang 10 minit.
8. Rebusairdidalamperiuksehinggamendidih.
9. Ambil sedikit doh mengikut saiz yang dikehendaki dan uli ke bentuk
bulat, dengan ibu jari tekan ball di tengah, dan masukkan secubit gula
melaka.
10. Masukkan onde-onde dan masak sehingga timbul, biar lama sedikit
supaya gula di dalamnya betul-betul cair. Angkat dan tapis.
11. Gaulkan dengan kelapa yang dicampur garam.
