After two years of hard work on the project Men of the 2nd Infantry Division 1940-1945 (which was founded by members of the Military Historical and Reenactment Association Tommy & Yankee from Pilsen, CZ), we will soon publish the first results of our research and historical work. One of them most important will launch of the website with an online database of the members of the 2nd Infantry Division, United States Army, from the years 1940 to 1945. In our website, you will be able to find a continually expanding list of names of those who served in the „Indianhead“ division during the World War II. Every name has a story that needs to be awaken and retell so it shall never been lost in time again. Together with the individual stories, you will also able to find photos, videos or articles related to them.
