Meet Cari, our Richfield store's receiver—which means that she manages our inventory of groceries as they arrive in store, processes orders, ensures pricing, order accuracy and more. Cari's been with Lakewinds since 2010, when she started at our Chanhassen store in the deli. Since then, she's worked in the produce and grocery departments in a variety of roles. Eco-friendly business practices are very important to Cari, and she loves the sense of community that comes from working at the co-op. Y'all know how much I like my balls o meat... I found these @bilinskisausage (spinach and garlic chicken meatballs) on my tour of Lakewinds CoOp last weekend. I decided to give them a try today and damn!!! These are sooooo good! Totally packed w flavor that you wouldn't even need any sauce. I didn't know that we were out of spaghetti sauce at home, but I've had this bottle of Shakshuka that I bought at #Aldi a while back and have been meaning to make traditional #Shakshuka (it's a spicy breakfast dish w eggs ), but haven't made the time.
