Slik gjør du:
1- Kutt opp blomkålen i en foodprosessor til den ser ut som ris.
2- Ha "risen" i en bolle og kok den i micro'en i ca. 6min, eller til den et myk.
3- klem vannet ut av den ferdigkokte "risen" i et rent kjøkkenhåndkle.
4- Bland sammen "risen", osten, egget, salt og pepper.
5- Form to firkanter på et bakepapir og stek på 230°C i 15-20min, eller til de er gyldne som på bildet.
6- Fyll med hva du vil! Vi brukte cheddar og bacon. Bruk den gjerne også som burgerbrød!
