One year older equals to one year wiser. And I truly mean that!! WOW What a Year I have lived!! I had several epiphanys and acted on them. I got to get out of my comfort zone and attend Tony Robbins events without knowing where I was going or what it would be like! And I was in for such a pleasant and extraordinary surprise that you just have to trust your instincts and your heart, knowing that endless love each day, and each moment will seek you through and take you to places you have never known. I gave birth to my beautiful second princess Angelina!! And I discovered more about what I want to identify as, and discovered more of who I am, and accepted that! I accepted who I want to be without asking anyone for permission, but God. And that is beautiful, I didn't know I would ever experience this, but it feels great to make a choice and run with it. With no doubts or worries. I know in the name of God that he will continue to guide me to the places he wants me to go and in terms of what he wants me to do. Also to have returned to a church I love the day of my birthday was beautiful and I feel so grateful for that, I didn't even remember the address but I found it. I am grateful in my heart and soul, I know that each day God guides me and gives me all the tools I need to be the better version of me. Also ofcourse heath & Vitality! Lol. I always talk about this in my stories. So grateful to have this mindset shift which has allowed me to belive in myself and in my body even after having my secind child! There is nothing we can't do if we put our minds to it. I honestly found really hard and impossible to loose all my pregnancy fat and weight after each pregnancy. But that was a lie I was telling myself it was not true. I proved to myself that anything is possible. From 187 to 140 now. Yes things do change if you have that burning desire. I want to thank all my family, friends and new friends and people that I meet that are so supportive loving and caring to me. Listening to you all is so impirtant to me and I love you all.
