We expect to fit into our skinny jeans, be back to work, cooking, and taking care of our family in no time! Take this time to heal and slowly get back into whatever your routine looks like. Try to plan ahead to get any older kids into carpools and extra playdates for those early weeks with baby, to let you have that special time with this baby, no matter the birth order. Do some meal planning and even print takeout menus and circle your favorite entrees so there’s no guesswork if your partner is picking up dinner!
