I'm not usually one to have a stash of fancy yarn or to even do big yarn hauls unless it's a wholesale orders, but I'm pleased as punch with this pile right here. Cause I paid 44¢ out of pocket for it . Yuppp. A #localyarnstore in my area (Village Wool, get an Instagram!) Runs a big summer sale with 75% off clearance & 50% off all regular yarns if you fill a bag. I happened to be holding on to a $100 birthday gift card for just such an occasion, SO I FILLED A BAG. Regular priced this would have been about $220 and I paid FORTY FOUR CENTS! today was a good day! . The beige @malabrigoyarn & the @shibuiknits is going to be a knit #asiftee by @knitandcroshay, the greens and grays are gonna be for a design/gift for my mother, the yellow aspires to be a springy crochet top design, & the @berrocoyarn wants me to make it a sweater or cardigan. I don't like having stash with no purpose, though. The only rogue purchase was the red @malabrigoyarn . But it will be something beautiful, I promise. Now someone hold me accountable for all this!!

I am now an entrepreneur. We established @nurja.fi with my friend @hippusia. This has been a hush-hush project since the start of the year, and it feels good that the secret is now out! Last Friday I packed many of my favorite furnitures and items from home and moved them to 2 hours from my current home, to our store in Kaleva, Tampere.
