My family was visiting me and we went to a Yankee game. My boyfriend took this pic of me and my nieces and I was mortified when I saw it. I had no idea I took up that much space. I just don’t remember being that big. Logically it makes sense but it’s still a tough thing to confront, even when I’m just remembering it. Fast forward 20 months later and I’m down 108 lbs. and well I don’t take up nearly as much space! I still struggle with seeing my current self clearly but it helps to see how far I’ve come, especially when I can “recreate” certain moments like this." ✅

Last year during my birthday, I was barely a month away from my delivery. So I was at my full peak of pregnancy and weight both. I still wanted to dress up pretty so I ordered a gorgeous yellow dress
online for me and it did not fit me. :| I was like chuck it, I will dress up pretty next year. A day before Sanjeev surprised me with two dresses from Massimo Dutti. I remember putting up a little fashion
show trying out my dresses for both Sanjeev and Tanvi (my best friend) the night before my birthday. One of them I wore on my birthday. It was a gorgeous slip dress that hugged both my bum and bump perfectly and honestly, I felt real sexy that day. :D I wore this dress for a movie with Sanjeev and in evening also had a fabuuulous surprise birthday surrounded by loved ones. I have always loved wearing this dress and have worn it a few times after that too. I wore this dress last month and now it literally hangs on my body because I have managed to lose 20kgs now. My weight loss hasn't been easy and has come with a lot of sacrifices and hard work. But what is important is that I am very happy in both the pictures and it's a memory I would hold on to forever. :) Keep working hard for your goals but never forget to celebrate your life no matter where you are. 2. High intensity exercises. To burn fat you must be doing exercises that require a lot of movement which increases your heart rate. Examples of these include burpees, squats, and jump rope. For more exercises check out my weight loss program on my website.
3. Sleep well. You can gain weight by not getting quality sleep or sleeping right after a meal because bad sleep doesn’t give your body time to digest food and perform its bodily process. Make sure you get 7-9 hours of quality sleep every night to be healthy.

Post-meal tidy up:
Food bought, meal prepared and you thought you were done. But there are still more calories to lose. Laying and clearing the table then washing up will keep you moving and burning energy. The numbers may look small, but they all add up to a more active life
