I generally recommend UNILATERAL WORK . A single leg deadlift can be a great exercise choice to incorporate into your program. Often, clients of mine, and myself included, have struggled with finishing the exercise (due to lack of balance through fatigue and also challenging footwear) using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and even body weight. .
