How inappropriate to call this planet Earth when it is quite clearly Ocean. .. This is our first time in the Caribbean together and can’t believe it’s taken so long! We tried to get to Saint Lucia last year but it would have been crazy long and expensive flights from where we were coming from. .. .. So when we found out we were going to Puerto Rico for work we knew we had to tack on another island and extend our trip since we were already in the region anyway. Our number one choice was Saint Lucia, but we also looked at St. John and Antigua too. .. .. We looked at flights and although it still took 7 hours to get from Puerto Rico to Saint Lucia (bad connections) we bit the bullet and booked our dream Caribbean trip. It’s been the most amazing place to do some diving and also sit back and relax with a Pina Colada in hand. .. .. Do you have a favorite island in the Caribbean? We now want to buy a sail boat and sail around the islands at some point in our lives.
