Let's talk prism.
It's no secret that there have already been huge quality issues with the prism. Even before release we talked about how the hardware was chipping an insane amount. They took the steps to "fix" (reduce) it in the commercial version.
However as time has passed there have been alot of "bubbling" issues that have popped up (pun not intended) with the Keepalls.
It is disappointing but what can LV do at this point though? These plastic bags are trends for a reason. There's only so much you can do with plastic. I don't think we can expect them change the laws of nature and come up with a perfect transparent leather. I think it will happen one day but the solutions that exist right now just aren't viable.
So what should YOU do? In my opinion if you're baller as fuck and a collector without a real budget, say fuck it. Use it sparingly, get your instagram photoshoots out of the way and use them as display pieces. They will bubble regardless but if you stuff it well and prevent folding, bubbling will slow down alot.
If you're not stupid rich then I do suggest selling or returning your prisms. Theyre not going to give you new ones I reckon. If they do and you wanna take your chance, go for it. If not, get the refund.
As @lofficiel.oc said, settle for the Volga. It's quite cheap, easy to get and more importantly is quite rigid and doesn't have many parts that fold to give you bubbling issues.
Fuck they're pretty though.
I do still want the runway Prism Keepall. Wonder how those are aging. Someone hook me up.
