I am on my way this morning to unload the soda kiln! I will be doing a live video of the unload at 10:30 (or slightly after, it just depends on when the door is down) either here or on my Facebook page so keep an eye out. This firing is a total experiment for me because I have moved away from undulating sides to carved sides/bottoms. When the live video is over, I will be sharing closeups of the work on my stories. Мини-коллекцию уже создала, а ни словом не обмолвилась о вдохновении и работе :)) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ На самом деле у меня не было цели сшить оформленную коллекцию. Я просто хотела поработать с новыми формами после прохождения курса по выкройкам у Татьяны @tina_pimenova. Новые образы никогда не были точкой преткновения, всегда могла представить выкройку в объёме и создать задуманное. Но после НГ очень захотелось освоить классические пропорции. Внезапно они стали манить и занимать мысли - так я и пошла на обучение :))) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Я построила двоих мишек, которые немного отличаются в клине, туловище и стопе. Но разница колоссальная - словно два брата, но не похожих друг на друга :)) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ После Крысолова не хотелось сложной одежды, но с таким огромным выбором тканей от @lavkahomedecor - без костюмчиков не могла оставить малышей. Наверно, тут сыграло лето - я очень много вспоминала свои каникулы на даче, любимую историю «Вино из одуванчиков» и пересмотрела гору иллюстраций Норманна Роквелла.... И так собрался образ летних детишек из интеллигентной семьи :)) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Я всё хочу выйти в эфир и показать их, но сезон мигреней диктует свои правила

Loving the way the glaze came out on this little guy! (This pic was pre decal firing and you can still see the paper silhouette around the bear and scroll. This burns off in the firing and leaves a nice crisp image)
