I’m not a huge oatmeal fan so I’ve been experimenting with different recipes that I can incorporate it with. All I did was combine oats, yogurt, fruit, chia seeds, and almond milk and left it in the fridge until the morning after. ☀️You don’t necessarily need to leave it in the fridge but doing so allows the chia seeds to expand.
