Life is feeling a bit new these days for me...new baby ... a new season ☀️ ... so I thought I would introduce myself to those of you who are also new around here. ⠀⠀ My name is Cristi Dame and I am a mama of three boys and a brand new baby girl. Although my background is in mental health counseling specializing in parent-child attachment, I keep it real. I don't always have the answers, these days my house is often messy, my kids have meltdowns (and sometimes so do I), and I regularly forget to move the wash from washer to dryer. Moments ago, I had a plunger in one hand and a hangry newborn in the other as I was trying to stop an overflowing toilet while coaching my kids through a conflict over legos.
