Die werden dann wiederum kranke Menschen suchen, die kranke Menschen suchen usw. Daran ist nichts falsch, denn sicherlich sind Deine Produkte toll und helfen vielen Menschen. Dann ist aber Dein Ziel eindeutig kranken Menschen zu helfen und nicht Geld zu verdienen. Dann wirst Du auch die Menschen anders ansprechen. Wenn Du aber wirklich Geld verdienen willst, solltest Du Deine Sichtweise ändern und ein Paradigmenwechsel bei Dir selber vornehmen. Du solltest Menschen suchen, die ein Unternehmen aufbauen und die Geld verdienen wollen. Und diese werden dann wieder Menschen suchen die Geld verdienen wollen. I can very distinctly remember a time when I used to think that bad things were happening to me. I would put the blame on outside factors (God/The Universe/ My Higher Power) etc .
.
My thinking was 1. It’s not my fault and 2. Why are these things happening to me.♂️
.
.
Now I’m sure there are a ton of you who think this way currently, and things seamlessly continue to “happen to you “. .
.
Here’s how I fixed and completely stopped anything from ever happening to me again. Read this closely. .
.
I completely 180’d how I thought about a negative situation. Instead of things happening “to me” I saw it as things happening “for me” . Negative or positive those things are perception in your mind.
As soon as I made the choice to see these “negatives” as positives everything started clicking. .
.
Less bad days , more motivation (which doesn’t last), happier state of mind, able to continue taking action and growth from every situation good or bad. .
.
Anytime something was removed from my life this world never wavered from sending me something exponentially greater than what I had before. .
.
Spending time worrying and being upset over things that are not yours is a recipe for feeling bad/sad. There’s no reason to ever react that way... also what’s planned for you will be even better
.

Wieder einmal ganz unterschiedlich:
Am Vormittag ging es um Spitzkehren: welche Übungen braucht es für die Fahrtechnik und aus dem Mental Training um sicher und flüssig durch enge Kehren zu kommen? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Am Nachmittag ging es um: Selbstvertrauen tanken nach einigen Misserfolgen und Mentale Stärke beim Biken. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Purtroppo si crede che per avere un bel fisico, essere in forma e avere i muscoli si debba rinunciare a ciò che ci piace, e non ci si possano concedere cibi che non siano classificati dalla gente come “salutari” In realtà questo è un luogo comune come ce ne sono tanti nel mondo del fitness. La veritá è: L’equilibrio è la base di tutto, non è tutto o niente, bianco o nero. Possiamo concederci qualunque cosa nelle giuste porzioni e proporzioni e allo stesso tempo vivere senza ossessioni, stress e sensi di colpa. Un gelato,una pizza, un dolce la sera non vanificano i tuoi risultati né ti impediranno di raggiungerli La salute è molto di piú che avere un bel fisico, quello è un effetto, ma per essere sani nel corpo bisogna prima esserlo nella mente
Tornerò ancora sull’argomento perché credo sia veramente importante dal momento che riguarda una mentalità che può allargarsi ad altri aspetti della vita e ripercuotersi su di noi
