RECIPE:
One-Pan Shrimp Boil
INGREDIENTS:
-1 pound Dutch yellow potatoes
-3 corns cut into bite size pieces
-2 sticks of unsalted butter
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tablespoon of parsley -1 teaspoon of red chili flakes
- sea salt to taste -1 pound jumbo shrimp, deveined
-1 package summer sausage
-1 lemon, juiced
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes until just tender and parboiled, about 10-13 minutes. Stir in corn during the last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain well.
3. In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic and seasonings.
4. Place potatoes, corn, shrimp and sausage in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
5. Stir in butter mixture and gently toss to combine.
6. Place into oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and corn is tender.
7. Serve with lemon wedges, garnished with parsley, if desired.
ENJOY!
This was probably one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve been to worldwide! Everything we ordered went above and beyond what I expected.
1st picture we had their signature Peking duck which had super crispy skin and the meat was super tasty and succulent .
.
.
2nd picture we had the wagyu beef dumplings which were out of this world .
.
.
3rd picture was the yellow tail jalapeño sushi roll
.
.
.
4th picture was the salmon with truffle sashimi. Anything with truffle is an amazing combo for me ♥️
