Upper back stiffness can be caused my a lot of different things. Now-a-days, I see a lot of reverse neck curves and rolled forward shoulders. Why? No clue! My theory is that it’s because of desk jobs and texting.... looking down at your phone can literally be reversing the curve in your neck, pulling on the upper back muscles, and cause that and headaches. Crazy, right? Upper back tightness can also be caused my forward head carriage, which can also cause headaches, neck pain, jaw pain/TMJD, numbness and tingling into the hands, and so much more! I’m on day 3 of a migraine and I just want to be back at @pechangacasino enjoying the relaxing @spa treatments I had two weeks ago! What do you do when you get a headache or migraine So far I’m getting relief from DRUGS that knock me out (meh...), chiropractic from @_elements.of.wellness_ (they are THE BEST), massages (when I can), an infrared heating pad (awesome - find it on amazon), @earplanes (surprisingly they really help relieve pressure behind the eyes) and @nodpodofficial (like a weighted blanket but for your face) and I’m about to try this @backpod.uk that my mom sent me (she swears it cured her migraines and neck pain - you can find it on amazon).
