Thank you @pinkstork! You helped me boost my supply and make my milk come in quicker which with all the complications that arose with my daughters entrance made one thing easier on me! I take the lactation supplements twice a day, and drink the tea every other day and I have no issues with my production ! This stuff is amazing ! And seriously made a difficult time a little easier . .

I've accepted that my new spirit animal is a cow Attempting my first half day away from Max this weekend and Gigi's boobs just don't work like that anymore! Thank goodness for Chick-fil-A and @the_dairyfairy bras for not only getting me through the many pumping sessions but also through breast feeding. Here's to hoping I one day get my boobs back!

As of today I've decided to trial a dairy free diet (for a week or so) because I think that could be the source of a lot of my tummy upset This makes me sad because like 50% of my diet is dairy and I looooove it lol. But clearly my digestive system doesn't!
Went and got all the dairy swaps in and I'm raring to go! Very annoyed though that now I'm giving up so much of my general daily protein intake #milkfordays . Any high protein plant based/non dairy food suggestions welcome fitfam

SO had a wee think whilst enduring my leg day pain..... Goals as of now:
Try and better my digestive health
Cut out energy drinks and look after the heart ❤ (I am crying at this! Had my last one on Christmas eve lol)
Reduce/try to eliminate sugar free fizzy drinks (too much aspartame)
Eat vegetables EVERY DAY
4 day training split (2xupper 2xlower)
Use my new fitbit to track sleep (at least 7hours please )
