тесто отлично подходит для приготовления большого кекса, маленьких капкейков, коржей для торта

Ингредиенты:
60 гр.мягкого сливочного масла;
60 гр.растительного масла;
2 яйца;
150 гр.сахара;
260 мл.молока;
1 ч.л.соли;
60 гр.какао;
240 гр.муки;
1/2 ч.л.разрыхлителя;
8 гр.соды;
1 ст.л.уксуса.
/по желанию рубленные орехи, сухофрукты,шоколад/
Приготовление:
смешать два вида масла с сахаром, яйцами и молоком. Добавить какао, соль, разрыхлитель, муку. Перемешать до однородного состояния. Добавить соду и уксус.
Выпекать в разогретый до 180 градусов духовке. Маленькие кексы 15-20 мин., большой около 30 мин.
