What does is mean to live out our Dharma? It means that we fully are living from our inner voice. To find our purpose for this life. To follow our Dharma we have to let go of other people opinions, voices of culture passed down through generations, expectations and so on. We have to decipher what is our own personal truth and not coming from an outside source. HOW do we find our Dharma? We find what gives us joy. Painting. Yoga. Nature. Whatever it may be for you. Your purpose lies in the thing s that you find joy. LETTING go is essential. Letting go of who we are to become who we are meant to be. Life is full of things, people and events hat do not serve us. We have to be willing to let go of those things to allow the things, people in our life that actually help us grow towards our purpose. PRACTICE yoga, meditation, music, writing whatever helps you connect to you, practice that. JUST BE. Learn to be with just yourself. No technology, alone and just focus on being.
