The majority of us tend towards an extension compression stabilization strategy of our low back and never get out of extension. Roll downs and cat/cows are awesome for this but I just started playing at the wall and it is hard. I love it when I find something I can’t do well.

Remember this is about segmental control. Close your eyes. .

This looks like a low intensity routine. IT’S NOT.

EVERYTHING in my body is ACTIVATED, WORKING and FIGHTING so that I can find END RANGE without COMPENSATIONS.

Tibial Rotations
.
MOST people lack the articular prerequisite of tibial Internal rotation (IR) and it is a HUGE cause of knee pathology.
.
This is essential for ITB issues, PFPS, OA, meniscus lesions and ACL or MCL injuries.
.
Video 1️⃣ is a superb post by @daveleylandphysio. Resisted tibial IR with knee hinges.
this is also great as a standing or sitting drill if your hip flexor is too cranky.
.
Video 2️⃣ is a myofascial release for some of the overloaded/non-viscoelastic tissue in your hamstring that might be contributing to your lack of tibial IR.

My little dude has started KIDS MOVE. Exercises for kids by kids to help them learn to bulletproof themselves. Knowledge bombs and great tools. These are heavily KINSTRETCH, DNS and FOUNDATION TRAINING BASED...because that’s what I teach and make him do.

A little accessory work/mobility this am. .
How much can one really increase their natural flexibility/mobility? How much mobility does it take to see a significant change in a person’s end range of motion, once the session or series of sessions is done does the body and ligaments now adapt to this new flexibility/mobility. ———————————————————— Had a great session/convo with @jaystar_29 from @oldbullathletics about this topic, and after testing my overhead squat prior to our session and testing again after our session I definitely felt extra mobility in my hips and depth overall in my squat.———————————————————— He basically said well you have to stay consistent with it to see and feel that difference, makes sense just as in training if you’re not consistent of course you won’t keep the progress. So if it’s going to allow me to get closer of my goal of squatting 400 and deadlifting 500 then I’m going to perform my own trial and error. (StayTuned) and get used to seeing me with socks on doing some mobility prior to my squat/lift sessions. #MobilityIsEarned sweating it up just from mobility . Don’t just believe everything, perform your own trial/error and convict yourself .
MOBILITY is not about stretching. Usable ranges of motion must be EARNED.
