I started to get an overwhelming feeling that I needed to make a change in my life. A lot of the time I get carried away with mom life and I forget that I also need to take the time to care for my own self and not just the little cutie I constantly have by my side. I’m sure any parent can relate to that! Since taking the time again to start working on my health and fitness I’ve already noticed the difference in my happiness and energy levels and the impact it’s been making on my day to day life. I’m excited for this journey and to become a better version of myself. What better way to hold myself accountable than to put it out there for everyone to see? :)

two and 1/2 years old . . Who knew kids get a check up when they are 30 months old?! This morning this guy woke up with a weird rash so I called the doctor’s office to make an appointment and they said “he is also due for his 30 month check up, would you like to do that too?” & I was like WHUUUT. Yeah yeah I’m a bad mom that doesn’t know when her kids need check ups, whatevsss. This guy is 36.4 lbs and stands 38 inches tall, they said he’s on the big side but everything is totally fine. She also told me that his tantrums and behavior are very normal for his age so yeah pray for ya girl! This guy is gonna give me grey hair at 23
