CV 22 can help upper chest discomfort such as Qi stagnation issues, release asthma, wheezing, upper chest pain, tightness and oppression. . . 2:  Massage CV17 is located in front of the body, midway between the nipples. Use one or two fingers; press firmly for 30 seconds to a minute; release and repeat 5 times. CV 17 strengthens Qi (vital breathing ability, life force, energy), opens the chest, reduces wheezing and asthma. 3:  Massage ‪LU 10‬ on the midpoint between the base of the thumb and wrist, midpoint of the first metacarpal bone, on the junction of the red and white skin.  Using one finger tip press for 30 seconds to a minute; release, repeat 5 more times. Do it on both thumbs. LU10 clears heat in the lung, descent Lung Qi, stops coughing, calms the mind. . 4:  Massage GV14 and Dingchuan.  Dingchuan is located on both sides of GV 14 at the base of your neck at the same level as C7 vertebrae.  If you have someone to help you use both thumbs; press firmly on Dingchuan 30 seconds to a minute and press on GV 14, 30 seconds to a minute.  Release, repeat 5 more times. Always stay away from cold foods and drinks. Drink warm water afterward. . .
