All smiles over here because Charlotte has slept through the night for two weeks straight! What helped us most was: The @magicsleepsuit! It took a few tries for her to get used to but now it really does work like magic! Letting her cry it out. You don’t have to do it this way, but it worked for us! After only a couple of nights of crying, she learned to fall asleep on her own. Putting her to sleep at around 7:30pm (we had to slowly put her to bed a few minutes earlier each night to get to this point!) and giving her a dream feed around 10 pm. моя история ГВ ⠀ перед вами счастливый ребёнок который три месяца питается смесью. один из моих кошмаров, но все ли так страшно? ⠀ когда мама рассказывала о своих проблемах с гв, я пожимала плечами и говорила, что у меня все будет прекрасно. ⠀ я была намеренна кормить грудью и о смесях даже слышать и знать не хотела. ⠀ но вот я столкнулась с отказом от груди. это когда у ребёнка истерика, он щипает, отталкивает и успокаивается когда получает любимую соску. ⠀ я принципиальная и упорная в этом плане и просто так не сдалась.я не могла смирится, что не выходит. когда все вокруг кайфуют от гв, когда прочитано столько литературы о пользе. ⠀ я чувствовала себя какой-то неполноценной и ущербной, искала проблему в себе. в неправильном прикладывании, неопытности, а консультант по гв лишь подтвердила это, сказав, что это психологический отказ от меня как матери. ⠀ только мамы смогут понять трагедию происходящего. я пробовала все, контакт «кожа к коже», совместный сон, гнездование, постоянно предлагала грудь, причём в позах которые были удобны Еве. кормила через шприц, катетер, терпела крики и категорически не давала пустышку и соску. грудь удавлось впихнуть насильно лишь под включённый фен. ⠀ ещё один консультант, те же рекомендации ( все стандартно), пересмотрены все выпуски Нины Зайченко и перечитаны статьи и книги. а в голове «кормить может каждая, дело в желании». ⠀ ну куда уж большее желание? я сцеживалась каждый час, круглосуточно, проклинала молокоотсос, и себя. ⠀ но я верила и была уверенна, что я справлюсь и все получится. и вот вроде стало налаживаться, но потом опять отказ, опять истерики, ложные надежды. ⠀ две недели кормления через палец и катетер, а изменений нет. я уже не велась на слова консультантов «нужно время» сколько ещё? ребёнку три месяца, а все как и было. ⠀ мы с Димой приняли решение таки дать ей бутылку. я сцеживалась.но молока становилось все меньше, а малышка требовала все больше. ⠀ и вот педиатр посмотрев на мою грудь сказала «эта грудь для любви, успокойся и сцеживай пока можешь, а дальше смесь». ⠀ что? грудь для кормления, это иммунитет это здоровье, а смесь это отрава! нет, я буду сцеживаться до посинения.
