Recently I’ve been really really struggling with sleep. Think it’s actually the hardest thing about being a mum. I swear sleep deprivation is worse than labour! After chatting to Max I was going to purchase a sleep guide for £40 but we really didn’t want to use the cry it out method! Max did some research and found out about a book called The Baby Whisperer. Thank God he did!! It’s changed our sleeping pattern so so much and Isaac is getting 9/10 hours a night now with long naps in the day!! I’m getting 6/7 hours a night now too, woooo hoooo I’ve written a blog post to help other mums struggling as it gives so many incredible tips even if you are breastfeeding!
