#Morning views be like ! Hanging out at my villa at @kupubarong . Do check out the drone video at the end, literally one of my favorites from my trip here! . . . I get a lot of DMs from you guys saying how you are inspired to travel solo after seeing my posts. In fact some of you have already done your first trip! That’s awesome However, please make sure that wherever you go, you stay at a safe place. I always prefer to stay at a branded hotel, and make a booking only after I’ve checked out reviews of the hotel on a website like TripAdvisor. I’ve had friends who have had some bad experiences, which makes me want to be extra careful. Also, I don’t go anywhere after sunset, and prefer to stay in my room after 7pm. DREAM VILLA . Путешествуя с друзьями по Ломбоку, мы успели посмотреть пол-острова! Выходили ли мы для этого с виллы? Нет. Hi friends, my TEDx talk is finally live and you can watch it on YouTube, link to the talk is in my Bio and also my Stories. The talk is on how to choose your vocation in life and is titled 'Doing the right thing in the right way for the right reasons.' I was inspired to talk about this after I received an email from a young girl who wanted to go abroad to study. She told me that her goal was to get a great job at the end of her course so that she could make money and travel. After exchanging a couple of emails, I realized that she was not so interested in the course itself but what it would bring her - money and travel. Usually when our motives are not right, and our goals are misplaced, we don't become very successful in what we do. We also become very unhappy. This girl's motive should have been the course itself, and not what it would bring her. Those things would have eventually come to her if she had the right motive. Hear what I have to say on doing things with the right motive and having the right goals. Also, I would really like to hear what you think in the comments below. . . And something on this photo: taken on my trip to Bali. I was staying in Ubud but I drove here with @adisumerta who also took this picture. This is also where the Bali swing is. We met a lovely Japanese couple and another couple from the US! While we were waiting our turn to get on the nest and take pictures, we heard this Indian girl on the swing shout to her friend, ‘Photo! Photo! Photo!’ Guess whatever nationality we have or whatever maybe the color of our skin - we are all the same people - we all want photos! The whole experience was so exhilarating #ppcircles

The other day somebody asked me why I don’t post more often in my feed. I will answer him here. I tried posting more often but failed. I could not keep up with the stress of posting every day. I started going through Instagram highs and lows. And then it happened! I got a panic attack that was so bad that I thought I was going to get a heart attack and die! I literally wanted to call the ambulance and get admitted in the hospital! If anybody has gone through a panic attack knows precisely what I am talking about. It’s one of the worst kind of sufferings a human being can endure, and it lasts about 15 minutes! After that happened, I decided I wanted to get away from the world, and escaped to @kupubarong , a beautiful jungle retreat in Ubud, Bali. It was one of the best gifts I could have given myself. I swam for several hours in the pool looking at the blue sky. I walked around the jungle with nobody but friendly geckos I chatted with the kind and humble hotel employees like they were my best friends!  And I realized that I don't have to be a part of this fast-paced world, that I am not competing with anybody, that I don't want anything from anyone, that I want to remain content with what I have and practice gratefulness for all the beautiful experiences God is giving me. And please don’t miss this lovely, yellow swimsuit that my friends @thelabellife sent me just in time for my trip to Bali.
