HOW TO GROW YOUR CHEST ? (5 basic principles)
Probably my strongest/best developed bodypart on my upperbody which I get the most comments about (thankyou) but how did I create it?

1️⃣: Select chest-exercises you enjoy doing for a longer period of time. How many sets/reps/exercises is depending on your ability to progress & recover from it.
2️⃣: Focus mostly on compounds and add in isolation work if desire or needed.
3️⃣: Train your chest at least twice a week and separate your chosen exercises over the 2 workouts.
4️⃣: USE proper form! And by this I mean using a safe form where you are not having any discomforts. Quick tip: Learn your Bench Press from a powerlifter or a strength coach who actually knows how to Bench Press optimally.
5️⃣: Create progressive overload. Doing 80kg for 3 sets of 10 for ever will not grow your chest. Create progression either in weight, sets or reps (adding more volume over time).
