It felt a bit like running a marathon to do in a single day, but this stage of joinery is done. . These parts (and a few others not shown) will make up the reclining backs for the chaise lounge chairs. . Made my wife a #lazysusan for the #kitchentable ... I used some spalted walnut cookies that I have been drying for a while now. They are cast in #ecopoxy and the final finish is @rubiomonocoatusa after sanding to 320 grit. I have been wanting to do this for a while now and finally squeezed it in! Dry fit of the case. Now it’s time to treat all the edges with a file, finish plane everything and get out the glue and clamps. Oh yeah, and make the doors, another glue up, drill lots of holes for the steel rod “panels”, a final case glue up, scribe the sink to the top, hang the doors, apply finish.... . .
