OMG, I did bar muscle-ups in a workout for the first time in forever, a bit rusty, but just happy I managed to do it without any pain This workout was so much fun, but a sweaty one

Every 10 min for 40 min (4 rounds)
Row, 400m
10 burpee Box jump over
3 rounds of:
2 db burpee step over @15kg
4 one arm devil press @15kg
10 air squat
Then: Row, 400m
