We survived the Dalton Highway! 500 miles each direction up to the Arctic Ocean and back. While the highway was rough and full of potholes, the road wasn't as bad as the warnings. No popped tires, and we even coasted in to each of the 2 gas stations without having to crack open our spare cans! The entire highway follows the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. It was quite a sight to see!
