YOU GUYS! I’m officially official. ‍ This piece of paper signifies 12 months of insane personal and intellectual growth. I’ve spent the last year learning not only how to improve my own health and wellness and joy, but how to best help others who are on their own journey. It’s such an honor to carry this title!
