I've made my family so many screen printed shirts as gifts, I'm having to branch out into screen printing other stuff for them I made this notebook and bag for my sweet SIL (and #twinmom).
Last week, my IG buddy @lovebird_heartworks shared a video of Adhesive vs. HTV on a notebook. Immediately, I knew I needed to throw screen printing into the mix, so I got to work.
For the notebook, I used @speedball_art Acrylic Ink in silver. The acrylic ink just air dries and it's done. For the bag, I used @speedball_art Fabric Ink in black. After the fabric ink air dried, I heat set with my @officialcricut Easy Press 2. The 6x7 size Easy Press 2 is perfect for these smaller projects!

When I asked what projects you'd like to see, many of you requested a reverse canvas tutorial. I’m always up for a new screen printing challenge, so I gave it a shot.
Disclaimer... this took a few tries to get a good print. The canvas surface didn't take the ink quite as well as I expected (could be that I'm using cheap canvases) and there was bleeding on my first few attempts. I stuck with it and was able to get a fairly clean print, so I'm happy to report that it is possible! If you are making just one sign, I would probably use HTV.... But if you sell reverse canvases or have a need to make multiples, this is something I would suggest practicing. Being able to use one vinyl cut to make many prints is much more cost effective vs HTV.
