Hi Hair BFFs! I feel like I haven’t been on the gram as much as I usually am due to the fact that we just moved into our new house and it’s been crazy getting everything together and I just felt like I wanted to shift my focus on that and my family for a minute, so I did! . Lets talk about “Enjoying The Process” . Something SO important to learn is to enjoy the process, right now in the moment wherever you are because life is a process and I don’t know about you but I don’t want to spend my whole life fighting “the process” , being stressed out and anxious for the next thing that’s to come. . So enjoy where you are now whether your waiting for the next move, or working towards that next goal, it WILL happen I promise! Sometimes we don’t understand why we have to go through “the process” but it’s because we need that time to build integrity, character, stamina etc. for what is to come. . If we’re not careful we can go through life and look back and then it’s like we never enjoyed anything because we were constantly looking ahead and wishing to be at the next milestone and we didn’t take time to slow down to enjoy where we were in the moment. She is wanting to get as light as possible. . For her first process we were able to cover her gray and get a beautiful blended shadow root using @paulmitchellus 4N tcxg, lighten up her ends some more using @olaplex mixed in with Paul Mitchell Syncrolift and toned her with equal parts of Paul Mitchell The Color 8A + 7P . She also left with some take home products to improve the health of her hair and increase the longevity of her color. . It’s SO important to stay in contact with the bride to make sure you get all the details and the lineup for the day of the wedding. . Also scheduling a trial style for my brides is a MUST!
