@todayonline spoke to NUS undergraduate Monica Baey — who was filmed by a fellow student while she was taking a shower in the hostel.
She said she was glad for the groundswell of support after she posted her case on social media and hopes to have the matter reopened.
Two petitions on Change.org have amassed over 41,000 signatures as of 9pm on Monday (Apr 22). One calling for stiffer punishment for the offender, Nicholas Lim, has garnered over 30,000 supporters. Another requesting for the police to reopen the case has 11,000.

We’re excited to announce the full family trilogy – Vader, Moeder, Kind – performed together for the first time at @torinodanzafest this October! Kind will be performed on 1 October, Moeder on 3 October and Vader on 5 October. In addition, there will be a special screening of the documentary Third Act on 30 September 2019.
.
Vader (2014), directed by Franck Chartier, focuses on the figure of the father, who seems to be distancing himself gradually from the human community. The first part of the family trilogy explores the moment when the memories of an old man constantly threaten to tip the realities of daily life into fantasy.
.
Moeder (2016), directed by Gabriela Carrizo, talks about motherhood, absence, lack and searches the memory and the subconscious to reveal what the figure of the mother carries as desires, fears, sufferings or violence.
.
Kind (2019), directed by Gabriela Carrizo and Franck Chartier, takes us into the world of the child and shows us how a child forges its identity, influenced by its environment. This final part of the family trilogy is about trying to make sense of the world around us, however violent and dark it may be.

The #premiere of #KIND is tonight (23/4)! We’re excited to welcome you into its dark and mysterious universe at our partner @lestheatresvdl .
KIND, directed by Gabriela Carrizo and Franck Chartier, is the last part of our family trilogy that started with Vader (2014), followed by Moeder (2016).
.
The show takes you deep in a dark forest with towering trees at the foot of high cliffs. KIND dives into the imagination of children, and how they are trying to master and understand the world surrounding them - how dark it may be!
.
After the premiere, Kind goes on tour in Europe.
