Let’s talk testes the paired testes sit within the scrotum, suspended by a collection of nerves and vessels known as the spermatic cord. Sperm are produced in the seminiferous tubules (best word ever), and then travel to the epididymis for storage and maturation. On ejaculation, they travel in the vas deferens, via the spermatic cord, which goes on to form the ejaculatory duct, gaining the other components of semen from various glands along the way! The blood supply of the testes is from the testicular artery (nice and easy), a direct branch of the abdominal aorta, as well as the cremasteric artery from the inferior epigastric artery. Venous drainage is via the pampinifom plexus (another GREAT word). This plexus surrounds the testicular artery to help aid cooling (sperm don’t like being too hot! ), and eventually forms the testicular vein which drains into the IVC on the right and left renal vein on the left. 2⃣首先維持這個姿勢5秒鐘,最重要的是保持姿勢正確。一開始使用深層肌肉可能會有點吃力,習慣之前可靠著牆壁進行。
3⃣早、中、晚各進行5秒鐘,一天三回就具有效果。

Pelvis misaligned. Hips out of alignment. An adjustment will fix you.

These are common narratives used, but how accurate are these findings? To what degrees would a difference matter? Can our hips be uneven and we have no pain?
.
Our clinical tests to determine pelvis positioning is not great. But more importantly, our word choices needs to be more thoughtful.
.
We are not fragile. We cannot “just go out of alignment.”
.
When we use phrases like these, are we building people up and empowering them? Or are we creating false beliefs and long term fear?
.
Now we might very well feel “misaligned” or “off” in our hips. In order to address this altered perception, one strategy is providing a movement input to the area.
.
The following are various single leg and trunk exercises which may help increase awareness to the hip and pelvic areas.

Had a virtual consult today with a hyperextension knee injury so I thought we’d revisit this guy
Genu Recurvatum. Cool word I think. Not cool for my patient with knee pain

Anterior pelvic tilt. Increases lordosis

Increase hamstring load = shift of knee joint posteriorly

Knees locked in hyperextension. Meniscal issues anyone . Patellofemoral pain

This is the big boy for me. Patient might as well be in heels. They are living in plantarflexion. Tight calves. Weak extensors.
The body will adapt. Now, if I have restricted dorsiflexion, I’m going to get that motion somewhere, thank you knee. So repairing the meniscus might not be the best call, how about trying to restore that ankle mobility for one
Recommendations:
1. Flat flexible shoes. No heels
.
2. Extensor chain strength
.
3. Knee / Ankle CARs
.
3. Work up that chain and address the pelvis and hips.
oh and one more thing, if this is one side only, I would assess for leg length discrepancy

@erikalarkinpga - Do you turn or sway? Strive for good quality rotation at the hip joints as you rotate your pelvis. Do this simple test in mirror and see which way your pelvis moves and adjust accordingly.... and also to check your ability to separate and move your upper and lower body independently. Remember this is just a 1 minute basic idea to get you started!!! There is a ton of more detailed research out there online to learn more!!! One great follow is @athletic_motion_golf
