Happy weird mediocre day in the week that nobody knows what to do in! It’s been a minute since I’ve last posted but after lots of procrastination, I’ve finally found something to talk with you all about. To me, having lots of free time used to be a dream. Up until like a week ago where the summer boredom finally hit me. So, in the midst of trying out weird Pinterest DIY’s and crocheting, I’m figuring out things that I could do that are a kickstart to my future. Writing has always been a fun thing that I’ve done and something that I definitely want to pursue in later on. I’ve recently discovered some national short story competitions but I’m on the fence about if I should participate in them or not because everyone has that demon inside of them that tells them they won’t be good enough. In this case, someone that writes for fun competing against people that probably have written way longer than me is definitely intimidating. But hey, I’ve got to get out of my comfort zone somehow, right? Anyways, while looking on Pinterest I found some really good looking cookies, so um, I’m going possibly go make those right now. _____________________________________________________ Ps.
