P O U T O N P O U T My first pout is the pout I'm wearing. I know I've said this before, bit I'm still going to say again because I believe in it so much. What we wear on our face and body can really alter our mood and help is feel better. Take me for instance, today I started my monthly cramping situation, I was working, aching and just feeling like @$&#. I had a few meetings to attend so I dragged myself away from work and took a shower and changed. I wore all black, I was not in the Happiest of moods. I looked at myself and thought, let's try be positive. I started my single makeup routine . Natural lightweight concealer, lightweight powder , bit of bronzer, highlighter, blush, brows. I looked and felt a bit better, so I then reached out to put on my lipstick. I paused, What colour do I want on my lips ? I looked through my 16 shades of my @sceptrcosmetics matte liquid lipsticks and chose Nisma again. Why ? The shade Nisma on my NC42/43 skin tone looks fresh and bright, a nice pink that's not too shocking, too dark, too light or too natural. Its pink, but a nice decent, purposeful pink that helps me look FRESH! Immediately after putting it on I automatically felt more energised and positive. Do you feel that certain shades have that effect on you? My second pout comes in the shape of this cute "pout " ring by @katespadeny I thought it was quite fitting especially since my brand has just soft launched with the #powermatt matte liquid lipsticks. A few accent bright pieces make such a difference on our mood and it's so easy to turn your mood around when you wear things you love. Don't wait for that special occasion, sometimes you've got to do what makes you feel amazing. I completed ignored my bloatedness, my pain due to Endemetriosis, my workaholic and sleep deprived state and low iron self and completely turned it around with the help of a few key accents.
