Margot and Anne Frank died in February 1945 in concentration camp Bergen-Belsen. It’s not known exactly when this happen but the new analysis of the survivor stories found no accounts dating later than around February 7, 1945. Hannah Goslar and Anne, meet again in February 1945. At that time, Margot was already very sick and weak. Anne was crying and said: "I don't have parents anymore. I have nobody. Margot is very sick, too." Both Anne and Margot had typhus. The main symptoms is skin rashes, fever, headache, joint pain, renal failure and blockage of the small blood vessels. When the disease is reaching the central nervous system, it's causing delirium and convulsions. “We visited [Anne and Margot] again /.../ Margot had fallen from the bunk and was half-unconscious. Anne was already feverish. She was very friendly and loving, 'Margot will sleep well and when she sleeps I don't need to get up anymore' ... Anne said, 'Oh, I'm so nice and warm,' and seemed quite happy." (Lientje Brilleslijper) Margot didn't survive. “Anne was sick... but she stayed on her feet until Margot died; only then did she gave in to her illness /.../ Anne stood in front of me, wrapped in a blanket.
