So in this week's blog post, I forgot to explain why I called this one #ProjectPressley. The last question on the BLB Design Questionnaire I give to all my potential clients is, "If you could describe the new space with a song, what would it be?" Her answer was, "Can't Help Falling in Love With You" by Elvis Pressley. How perfect. So glad I was able to help this beautiful family fall in love with their home again. What's not to love!?

#ProjectPressley was my first "stranger client" project that I started around this time last year. It presented its challenges making an old home's furniture work in a brand new house. Blending various decor styles and furniture of different ages can seem tough, but it turned out beautifully! Finally getting around to some of my past project's photo edits and blog writing. Lawd, I never how realized easily time gets away or how cumbersome the photography aspect of my business would be when I started. Whether outsourcing photography or DIYing it, this piece is something I'm hoping to do a better job of, especially for the client's outside of Texas.
