I had 10 Purdue grad sessions this year. Between all those sessions I worked with almost 20 grads. I loved working with every single one of them. I love that this job gives me a chance to build and strengthen so many friendships. I love all of my Purdue people and all their photos. I seriously cherish every single photo I take. I’m so grateful for the support I had this May.

As of last night I'm done with my collegiate days. Whewwww it flew by! I became apart of an illustrious organization, I was president of two organizations on campus, while working, and maintaining my GPA. Not only maintaining my GPA but building relationships that will last a lifetime! I have soooo many memories on this campus and those will always be with me. Now it's time to move on to bigger and better things. It's the closing of one chapter and the start of a new one. I've made my mark on this campus. THERES MORE TO LIFE THAN WEIGHT LOSS
Honestly, life will go on no matter what you weigh, what size dress you wear, or because you ate a whole roll of Oreos.
Life goes on.
You should not have to miss out on events or seeing people because you want to lose weight. Because you’re watching your calories. You will never get those moments back!
What usually happens is you prep all week to “stay on track” days prior to your event. You might do extra cardio or eat a little less each day.
The day comes and you pig out on the all the pastries and pizza because you deserve it! Immediately you feel guilty when you step on the scale the next morning. (My advice—stop that!)
What if you could stay on track when you had an important day coming up? You could eat the cake without the guilt and enjoy it? You could have a drink and not feel like you wasted all of your calories?
Today was a huge day for one of my dearest friends, Dave, who graduated from his Master’s program. It was also one of my best friend’s baby shower. There was pizza, cake, and alcohol. I missed the cake so I had some yummy pizza and my first an old fashioned. Do I feel guilty? No.
We should not have to sacrifice our social lives for the sake of losing a few pounds.

KATIE IM STUCK!
So you started exercising and changing your eating habits and you had some weight loss! Woo you’re on the right track!
You’re getting to the gym and doing your cardio + weights, you’re eating right, you’re happy!
Then...the scale stops moving
But I’m working out? I’m eating right? I’m doing cardio? I’m strength training?!
You are doing everything you’re supposed to be doing! Except, the app you’re using for your workouts won’t talk to you and tell you what you need to change when what you’ve been doing isn’t working anymore
You could be hitting the gym and getting your calories in, but after a while your body will get used to that exercise and the calories and you won’t see any more improvements
Was the plan you had in the beginning the correct one for you anyway?
If you don’t have a progressive style program or know how to adjust your macros, you will most likely plateau—no more weight loss.
You feel like you don’t want to change anything you’re doing so you don’t hinder any future progress, right?
What if you knew what to do for every single workout + knew what to eat + when to eat + how hard to train?
Being in a plateau is so scary because you don’t know if you should change something or what to change.
