So much that makes me happy in one shot – the water, the sunshine, the practice, the progress. #ekapadarajakapotasana // #rajacapotasana is something that's been sittting at the back of my practice for a while; every now and again when inspiration strikes I see where I'm at. But it's not been something I've decided to completely focus on, i decided it will happen if and when it's going to happen. And where I am now, compared to this time last year, is a totally different space. Just a few months ago I was able to start flipping my grip without help or props (my left side has been a little slower catching up, some days it doesn't want to come near this shape). But yesterday morning my right foot was all up on my head! It was a seriously proud moment for me, getting this on the paddleboard ✨
