Добрый вечер, мои дорогие! Я сегодня к вам с Хачапури по-Аджарски Ингредиенты на 2 хачапури. Тесто: Мука-300 г Дрожжи-1 ч.л Сахар-1 ч.л Вода-200 мл Соль-0,5 ч.л Начинка: Творог 180гр Сулугуни -150 г Моцарелла-150 г Желтки-2 шт Яйцо для смазывания Замесите очень мягкое тесто, но чтобы не липло к рукам. Миску с готовым тестом накройте крышкой и оставьте подходить в тёплом месте 1-1,5 часа. Подошедшее тесто разделите на две части и раскатайте в овальные лепешки. На полученную лепешку выложите по всему краю, сыр и скрепите края, образуя бортики. Лучше собирать лодочки прямо в противне, что бы не нужно было их переносить. В серединку лодочки положите творог и ещё немного сыра Сулугуни и моцарелла. Смажьте края лодочки яйцом и уберите мин 15 подняться, затем поместите в разогретую духовку до 200 градусов на 15-20 минут до золотистой корочки. После того, как хачапури испеклись проделайте в серединке каждого хачапури углубление и положите туда по желтку. Снова уберите в духовку на 1-2 минуты. Приятного аппетита!
