Trying my best to remove the secondary impression one-handed. Having a little bit of trouble. No dental implants here!
I won't say this is possible in every edentulous mandible. This gentleman had the perfect ridge for the SEMCD technique! And the final results depend on how the subsequent steps go which means it is necessary to pair up with an excellent technician who is well versed in the technique. It is most certainly a team effort.
Having said all of this, I am up for the challenge of making this technique work for the suitable patients in my clinical practice. Hope everyone enjoys the video and the laughs! *EDIT: The mandibular impression is on my last clinical post on my feed*
