Here's the scenario for Sunday's upcoming tactical: "Winter, early 1777, troops are in garrison for the winter months. Nothing has happened for weeks as both sides are in quarters trying their best to survive the sometimes difficult conditions... food is running low.. firewood is scarce..and not a single drop of rum or ale is left.
Volunteers are asked to scout the near by farms for fresh supplies. The challenge is to find the supplies and try to get them back to your picket line and too the garrison....and the “other side” knows this and must keep what they have... hopefully to prevent the loss of what little is left for supplies.
Livestock, firewood, rum, bread are worth the effort to resupply your garrison troops. The transport ships are not coming as scheduled due to severe weather conditions that are slowing down the supply chain. The situation is becoming unbearable and something has to be done soon." #54thregtoffoot #revwar #crownforces #redcoats
